Site Manager
To expand our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic site manager to guide our projects in the right direction together with the rest of the team.
In this position, you are responsible for the practical follow-up and realisation of our projects, managing and coordinating a team of subcontractors.
Your responsibilities
Follow-up and management of subcontractors
You ensure the correct execution of the construction plans
You monitor and check the proper execution of the works
You ensure that the site schedule is adhered to
Review of production plans
You watch over the safety, order, and cleanliness on the site
You work very closely with the project manager. As a team, with you as the external site manager, you guide the project in the right direction.
Who we are looking for
You work independently, orderly, and accurately
You are a team player with a lot of enthusiasm to get started
You have strong communication skills
You attach great importance to safety and quality
You think proactively and in a solution-oriented way with clients, colleagues, subcontractors, and architects
You can remain calm in stressful situations
You speak fluent NL – FR – ENG
You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience with a strong technical background
You have a B driver's license
