Project Manager
To expand our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic project manager to guide our projects in the right direction together with the rest of the team.
In this position, you are responsible for the realisation and coordination of various projects. You will manage site supervision and work closely with colleagues from estimation, purchasing, and administration.
Your responsibilities
Final responsibility for the practical and financial follow-up of our projects
Maintaining and monitoring tight site schedules
Participation in weekly site meetings: you are the point of contact for the client, architect, and subcontractor
Coordination of materials and subcontractors
Financial follow-up: checking incoming invoices, preparing settlements and monthly progress statements
Who we are looking for
You work independently, orderly, and accurately
You are a team player with a lot of enthusiasm to get started
You think proactively and in a solution-oriented way with clients, colleagues, subcontractors, and architects
You can remain calm in stressful situations
You speak fluent NL – FR – ENG
Education level: industrial engineer
You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience with a strong technical background
You have a B driver's license
