Estimator / Purchaser
To expand our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic estimator/purchaser.
In this position, you are responsible for the estimation and preparation of our projects. You will work very closely with our team of project managers and provide administrative support in the follow-up of the projects.
Your responsibilities
Preparing a well-founded estimation for new potential projects
Finding suitable subcontractors for the execution of the projects
Sending out price requests
Preparing price comparisons
Conducting price negotiations
Drafting and following up on contracts with subcontractors
Who we are looking for
- You work independently, orderly, and accurately
- You are a team player with a lot of enthusiasm to get started
- You have strong communication skills
- You have strong analytical skills
- Price negotiations do not intimidate you
- You think proactively and in a solution-oriented way with clients, colleagues, subcontractors, and architects
- You remain calm in stressful situations
- You speak fluent NL – FR – ENG
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Education level: professional bachelor's in construction
- You have a B driver's license
